A combination of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio all combined differently each day. Shorter, higher intensity workouts is the name of our game.
It is a non-barbell based programming option that is unique to Jai. LeanFitters are folded right into our regular CrossFit classes, but they will have the option of opting out of traditional barbell movements for simpler, but still effective, kettlebell or medicine ball options.
1 hour, including warmup, workout, and cool down.
Technically nothing. Some people enjoy having a pair of wrist wraps, a speed jump rope, a flatter pair of tennis shoes (aka not super squishy), and a weightlifting belt, but none are required.
We love pooches, but for liability reasons we don’t like to have them in the gym.
Come on in a few minutes early, find the coach (probably the person cheering everyone on and not looking super sweaty). They’ll get you squared away until your class time starts and show you around.
Nope, everything is month to month and runs off an electronic debit payment on the 1st each month.
