We think CrossFit is a great way to meet new friends, prioritize your health, and become the best version of yourself that is possible! We believe that anyone, absolutely anyone, can do it! With that being said, there is definitely a learning curve unlike other class-based exercise program. We have a few movements that definitely take some practice, even for seasoned athletes.
