- Required for new members without CrossFit experience.
- Includes (5) 30 minute 1:1 sessions and a free week of classes.
- Each session includes: warm-up, instruction on 3-4 movements, short workout, a small lecture (nutrition, recovery, CF methodology, etc).
*The first month is prorated and then the bills will run automatically each month thereafter on the 1st unless we are notified otherwise.
*All memberships are month to month but must be cancelled before the automatic billing date on the 1st of each month.
*We use an automatic debit for membership bills. This is the equivalent to writing an electronic check. No credit cards accepted for membership dues.
