We use a program called Zen Planner to manage billing, class reservations, etc. Members can access Zen Planner through our website or through the iPhone or Android apps.

We ask members to book classes in advance to ensure adequate equipment, coaching attention, etc. You can book classes 10 days in advance. We ask you to un-RSVP if you aren’t going to make it to free up the spot for someone else.

Memberships are month to month. If you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so at any point before the bill runs on the 1st of the month. Please notify the gym by email to make any membership changes.
